Code of Conduct
Business ethics is an integral part of the Company’s governance to achieve success in the long term. The code of ethics itself is a code of conduct that serves as a reference for the Company’s organs and employees in implementing the Company’s values, which if implemented sustainably will become a culture within the Company.
Principles of the Code of Conduct
The principles of the Company’s code of ethics are as follows:
- Adherence to Company Regulations. Company regulations must be upheld and obeyed by all employees. Violation of the rules or regulations may result in warnings to termination of employment.
- Adherence to avoid conflicts of interest. In any conflict of interest, decisions taken by employees must be made with the interests of the Company in mind.
- Obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the Company. All employees are not allowed to disclose information that may harm the Company.
