Anwar Effendy

President Commissioner

Anwar Effendy, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Putussibau, 1970. Anwar Effendy completed his Electrical Engineering Study at Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java in 1995.

He started his professional career as Sales Engineer at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia (1996 - 1997). He served as Sales Director at PT Dracona Indonesia (1997 - 1999). In 2011 he joined and formed a new management at PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi. In 2024, he was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi.
Anwar Effendy has also served as Director of PT Prima Tunggal Javaland since 1999 until now.

Johannes

President Director

Johannes, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Medan, 1979. He earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java in 2003. He founded PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2007.

Johannes started his professional career as Sales Engineer at PT Oaktech Nusantara (2003 - 2004), and Sales Engineer at PT Jaga Karya Mandiri (2004 - 2005). He then joined PT Totalfire Indonesia as Operations Manager (2005 - 2007). In 2007 he founded PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi and served as Director until 2024. He currently serves as President Director of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi.

Wahyu Gumelar

Independent Commisioner

Wahyu Gumelar, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Serang, 1970. In 1999, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Islamic University of Bandung, West Java.

Wahyu Gumelar currently serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi, and was appointed as Chairman of Audit Committee, Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2024. His career began as Branch Manager at PT Surya Kencana Steel, Cilegon branch (2004 - 2006), as Branch Manager at PT Total Fire Indonesia, Cilegon branch (2007 - 2009). Wahyu Gumelar also served as Director of PT Liebe Pacific Indonesia since 2009 until now.

Yana Maryanah

Finance Director

Yana Maryanah, Indonesian citizen, born in Palembang, 1979. She obtained her Bachelor of Economics degree at Pakuan University, Bogor, West Java, in 2002.

Her career began as Admin Finance at PT Sariputra Plastik (2002 - 2004), then served as Finance & Accounting at PT Prima Tunggal Javaland (2004 - 2005), became Head Finance & Accounting at PT Prima Tunggal Javaland (2006 - 2010). In 2011 she joined PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi and served as Finance & Accounting Manager from 2011-2024.
In 2024 until now she has served as Finance Director of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi and also serves as Corporate Secretary & Investor Relations.

Welly Hermawan

Operations Director

Welly Hermawan, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Banyuwangi, 1978. Welly Hermawan completed his Mechanical Engineering Study at Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java in 2004.

Welly Hermawan joined PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2007 as Engineering & Project Manager. He currently serves as the Director of Operations of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi since 2024.

Marcus Nugraha

Sales Director

Marcus Nugraha, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Pati, 1979. He earned his Bachelor of Materials Engineering degree from Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java in 2004.

Marcus Nugraha started his career as Engineering at PT Donghwa Information and Communication in 2003 - 2005, then as Project Coordinator at PT Eternal Panelindo Persada in 2005 - 2009 and as Project Manager at PT Delta Power Energy in 2009 - 2011 before joining PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi.

In 2011, Marcus Nugraha joined PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi as Sales Manager and was appointed as Sales Director of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2024.

Yana Maryanah

Yana Maryanah, Indonesian citizen, born in Palembang, 1979. She obtained her Bachelor of Economics degree at Pakuan University, Bogor, West Java, in 2002.

Hieronimus Erwin Indrawan, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Jogjakarta, 1976. He completed his Financial Management Studies at the Indonesian College of Economics, Jakarta in 2003.

Hieronimus Erwin Indrawan was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2024. His career began as Administration, Control and Report at PT Metro Tiga Berlian Motors (2005 - 2006) and was appointed Assistant Manager at PT Metro Tiga Berlian Motors (2006 - 2008), then as Operational Supervisor at PT Andi Arta (2010), Internal Audit at PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (2011 - 2012), Business Leader at PT Mitra Media Nusantara (2013 - 2015). Currently, he has served as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at Bina Sarana Informatika University since 2012.

Eka Annisa Sulistyowati

Eka Annisa Sulistyowati, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Wonogiri, 1996. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Universitas Mercu Buana, West Jakarta in 2018.

Eka Annisa started her professional career as Finance Accounting Staff at PT Sumatraco Langgeng Abadi in 2014 - 2022. Eka Annisa joined PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi as Accounting Staff and was appointed as Accounting Supervisor of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2023. In 2024, she was appointed as Internal Audit of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi.

Indrie Anggrainy

Indrie Anggrainy, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Palembang, 1996. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree at Sriwijaya University, South Sumatra, in 2018.

Indrie Anggrainy started her career as a Legal Expert Individual Consultant at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province (2019 - 2021) and joined PT. Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi as HRD in 2022. She was then appointed and joined as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2024.

Anisa Yusriana, Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, 1991. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Banten, in 2012.

Anisa Yusriana was appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2024. She started her career as Legal Staff at Primajaya Group in 2013 then as Senior HRD & Legal at Cengkareng Hospital since 2013 until now.

Ade Rizky Septiani, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Jakarta, 1996. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Perbanas Institute, Jakarta in 2017.

Ade Rizky Septiani started her career in 2017 as Accounting & Tax, and was appointed as Accounting & Tax Manager at KJPP Nirboyo Adiputro, Dewi Apriyanti & Rekan until now. In 2024, Ade Rizky Septiani was appointed as the Audit Committee of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi.

Yusuf Idham Rissanto is the founder and managing partner at Yusuf Idham & Rekan Tax Consultant Office (KKPYIR) and a principal member of the Indonesian Public Tax Consultant Association (AKP2I). He has more than 9 years of experience in taxation in the manufacturing industry, finance, non-profit organizations, shipping, construction, trading and professional services and other sectors.
Started his career in 2016 as a freelancer in tax and accounting in several companies, then in 2022 established a tax consultant office (KKPYIR) after obtaining a tax consultant practice license from the Ministry of Finance.
