Anwar Effendy

President Commissioner

Anwar Effendy, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Putussibau in 1970. Anwar Effendy completed his education in Electrical Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java, in 1995. He began his professional career as a Sales Engineer at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia (1996–1997). He served as Sales Director at PT Dracona Indonesia (1997–1999). In 2011, he joined and established a new management team at PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi. In 2024, he was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi. Anwar Effendy has also served as Director of PT Prima Tunggal Javaland since 1999 to the present.

Johannes

President Director

Johannes, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Medan in 1979. He obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java, in 2003. He founded PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2007. Johannes began his professional career as a Sales Engineer at PT Oaktech Nusantara (2003–2004) and as a Sales Engineer at PT Jaga Karya Mandiri (2004–2005). He then joined PT Totalfire Indonesia as Operations Manager (2005–2007). In 2007, he founded PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi and served as Director until 2024. Currently, he serves as President Director of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi.

Wahyu Gumelar

Independent Commissioner

Wahyu Gumelar, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Serang in 1970. In 1999, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Bandung Islamic University, West Java. Wahyu Gumelar currently serves as an Independent Commissioner at PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi and was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2024. His career began as Branch Manager at PT Surya Kencana Steel, Cilegon branch (2004–2006), and Branch Manager at PT Total Fire Indonesia, Cilegon branch (2007–2009). Wahyu Gumelar has also served as Director of PT Liebe Pacific Indonesia since 2009 to the present.

Marcus Nugraha

Sales Director

Marcus Nugraha, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Pati in 1979. He obtained a Bachelor of Materials Engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java, in 2004. Marcus Nugraha began his career as an Engineer at PT Donghwa Information and Communication from 2003 to 2005, then as a Project Coordinator at PT Eternal Panelindo Persada from 2005 to 2009, and as a Project Manager at PT Delta Power Energy from 2009 to 2011 before joining PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi. In 2011, Marcus Nugraha joined PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi as Sales Manager and was appointed as Sales Director of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2024.

Welly Hermawan

Operations Director

Welly Hermawan, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Banyuwangi in 1978. Welly Hermawan completed his studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java, in 2004. Welly Hermawan joined PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2007 as Engineering & Project Manager. He currently serves as the Operational Director of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi since 2024.

Yana Maryanah

Finance Director

Yana Maryanah, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Palembang in 1979. She obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from Pakuan University, Bogor, West Java, in 2002. Her career began as a Finance Administrator at PT Sariputra Plastik (2002–2004), followed by a role as Finance & Accounting Manager at PT Prima Tunggal Javaland (2004–2005), and later as Head of Finance & Accounting at PT Prima Tunggal Javaland (2006–2010). In 2011, he joined PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi and served as Finance & Accounting Manager from 2011 to 2024. From 2024 to the present, he has served as the Finance Director of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi and also as Corporate Secretary & Investor Relations.

Welly Hermawan, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Banyuwangi in 1978. Welly Hermawan completed his studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology, West Java, in 2004.

Welly Hermawan joined PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2007 as Engineering & Project Manager. He currently serves as the Operational Director of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi since 2024.

Yana Maryanah

Finance Director
